If your kids like peanut butter and marshmallows, here is an easy to make recipe to satisfy your kiddo’s sweet cravings (mom and dad’s too). This is a fun recipe to try with the kids, courtesy of realmomkitchen.com
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 cup nonfat dry milk
36 mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped peanuts.
In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and dry milk. Stir until combined. The mixture should be similar to thick cookie dough, moldable, and not sticking to your hands.
Take 1/2 Tablespoon of dough, flatten the dough, and wrap it around each mini marshmallow creating a ball.
Roll each ball in the chopped peanuts to coat.
Voila, you are done!
